God Bless Us Every One

This is the season for homecomings.  Everyone loves to be with their families this time of year, including, apparently, our missing Flingo.

I’m dreaming tonight of a place I love
Even more than I usually do
And although I know it’s a long road back
I promise you

I’ll be home for Christmas
You can count on me
Please have snow and mistletoe
And presents under the tree
Christmas Eve will find me
Where the love light beams
I’ll be home for Christmas
If only in my dreams

Christmas Eve will find me
Where the love light beams
I’ll be home for Christmas
If only in my dreams
If only in my dreams

(Aren’t you glad that we did not decide to sing this and attach as an audio message?)

Flingo has returned!  He showed up at our Christmas party last week looking mostly no worse for the experience.  He seems to be channeling Tiny Tim with the crutch, however.  There was even a poster attached to him in case we didn’t notice him.  Where had he been?  Who was he with?  So far, he is too traumatized to tell, but soon, very soon…

A word to the kidnappers:  Never let down your guard.  It may not be today, it may not be tomorrow, but We Are Going To Get You!

And now he is back home in Mike’s office.  Would you like to see our prodigal flamingo?  Well, come on in and wish us all a Happy New Year and he will be there.
